OUR APPROACH

We Translate Nature into Living Objects.

We work with plants as living materials.
By stabilizing their natural state, we extend their
presence beyond time.

We wanted to bring the workings of nature closer to everyday life and to let people experience plants
as if they were paintings.

From this idea, “Mille Plateaux Green Objects” was born.

E

ach form is unique.
Each leaf carries its own memory.

We do not control natur. we reveal what already exists.

I believe in the power of nature’s imperfections.
Through Mille Plateaux, we transform plant, including invasive species, into new forms of awareness.

PHILOSOPHY

Nature is not perfect. And that is where beauty begins.

Mille Plateaux is rooted in the idea that nature exists in layers—
unpredictable, diverse, and always in motion.

We preserve not to control, but to reveal.
Each piece is a quiet dialogue between time, material, and perception.

Through this process, we create botanical materials, objects,
and spatial expressions that connect nature with human experience.

Field Notes

Field Notes is a record of thought and experimentation within Mille Plateaux.
It documents observations, processes, and fragments of reflection
that emerge through working with plants.

Behind each finished object lies a multitude of unseen processes.
Field Notes offers an entry point into those hidden layers.
